Shipping policy

Bathhouse Trading Co. ships orders from Franklin, Kansas during our regular business operations. Most orders are prepared and packed within 2 to 5 business days, not including weekends, holidays, or high-volume launch periods. Orders placed outside of business hours begin processing on the next active business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking information by email. Delivery timing depends on the carrier, destination, weather, and seasonal volume, so transit estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout unless a promotion or storefront offer states otherwise. Bathhouse Trading Co. currently offers free domestic shipping on qualifying orders of $75 or more when the order meets the live storefront and checkout conditions in effect at the time of purchase.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Bathhouse Trading Co. is not responsible for delays, delivery issues, or additional shipping charges caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses entered at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, please first check with household members, neighbors, and the carrier. If you still need help, contact us and we will do our best to assist, but Bathhouse Trading Co. cannot guarantee replacement or reimbursement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged, if an item is missing, or if you receive the wrong product, contact us as soon as possible at admin@bathhousetradingco.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We review shipping and fulfillment issues case by case and will work with you to determine the appropriate resolution.

Because many Bathhouse Trading Co. products are personal care, bath, body, or cosmetic goods, shipped items are generally not eligible for return once used, opened, or handled in a way that affects resale. For return eligibility, approved exceptions, and refund handling, please review our Refund Policy. Personal care and cosmetic goods are handled conservatively to protect product integrity and customer safety.

During holidays, promotions, restocks, and seasonal launches, processing and carrier transit times may be longer than usual. We appreciate your patience during high-volume periods.
