Subscription Terms

These Subscription Terms explain how recurring purchases work at Bathhouse Trading Company. They apply to products sold with a subscription purchase option and supplement our Terms of Service, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.
Current subscription options
Subscriptions are currently available for select 60oz laundry concentrate products. At this time, the available subscription options are:
- Deliver every month and save 15%.
- Deliver every 2 months and save 10%.
The subscription frequency and discount available for a product are shown on the product page and again during checkout before purchase.
Recurring billing
When you purchase a subscription, you authorize Bathhouse Trading Company and Shopify to charge your saved payment method automatically for each scheduled subscription order until the subscription is paused, skipped, canceled, or otherwise ends. Product prices, taxes, shipping, and discounts are shown at checkout and may apply to each subscription order.
Managing your subscription
You can manage your subscription through the management links included in Shopify subscription notification emails. Depending on the subscription status, you may be able to update payment details, update your shipping address, pause, skip an upcoming order, resume, or cancel your subscription.

Cancellation and minimum commitment
There is currently no minimum commitment for Bathhouse Trading Company subscriptions unless a product page or checkout clearly says otherwise. Canceling a subscription stops future subscription billing and future scheduled subscription orders. Canceling does not automatically cancel, refund, or recall an order that has already been placed, processed, shipped, or fulfilled.
Payment issues
If a subscription payment fails, Shopify may retry the payment and send related notifications. If payment cannot be collected after the retry process, the subscription may be canceled or otherwise changed according to our subscription settings.
Inventory availability
If a subscription item is unavailable when an order is scheduled, the order may be retried, skipped, delayed, or otherwise adjusted. If this happens, we or Shopify may send a notification.
Returns, refunds, and shipping
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Refund Policy and Shipping Policy unless a product page or checkout says otherwise. Subscription discounts apply only to eligible subscription orders and do not guarantee retroactive discounts on past purchases.
