Eligibility Requirements

If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, personal care items are not eligible for return, including but not limited to:

  • Bath and body products

However, Bathhouse Trading Company may review certain requests on a case-by-case basis at its sole discretion.

The following items are also non-returnable:

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, customers may return an item and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution

Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error

  • We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments


Product Use & Sensitivity Disclaimer

Customers are responsible for reviewing all product ingredients and usage instructions prior to use.

Bathhouse Trading Company shall not be held liable for any adverse reactions, sensitivities, or allergic responses to our products. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before full application.

By purchasing and using our products, you acknowledge and accept full responsibility for any outcomes resulting from their use.

Due to the personal and hygienic nature of these items, adverse reactions or sensitivities do not qualify products for return or refund.

Right to Refuse

We reserve the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges that:

  • Show signs of use, tampering, or damage not due to our error
